Golinski Ventures sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", or "our") operates Heartdays, a mobile application that helps users count the days they have been together and celebrate their milestones. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Local-first by design

Heartdays is built local-first: the content you create in the app stays on your device. We do not upload, read, or store that content on our servers, and we do not sell your personal data.

Information we collect

We may collect limited data such as anonymized app usage and diagnostics, device and OS information, purchase and entitlement information (via the App Store and Google Play), and any messages you send us for support.

How we use information

To provide and improve the app, process subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent abuse, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We may use services such as Apple, Google (including Google AdMob) and Appodeal. These services process data according to their own privacy terms.

Advertising

Heartdays is free and shows ads. Pro removes them. Ads are delivered through Appodeal (ad mediation) and Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, these partners may process your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, coarse location derived from it, and basic device and app information.

On iOS we ask for your permission before using the advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent for personalised advertising through a Google-certified consent message, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time. On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in system settings; on iOS you can turn off tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Buying Heartdays Pro removes all ads from the app.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Data retention & deletion

You control your in-app data on your device. To remove associated data, see Delete account or contact us at contact@golinski-ventures.pl. We remove or anonymize personal data unless retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information.

Children

Heartdays is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction).
