Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Heartdays (the "App"), provided by Golinski Ventures sp. z o.o.. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

Purchases

Heartdays is free to use. Heartdays Pro is an optional one-time purchase - there is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no free trial. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and the purchase can be restored on your other devices from the same store account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.

Pairing and shared content

You can use Heartdays entirely on your own. If you pair with a partner, the content you share (names, widget photos and drawings, answers to the daily question) is stored on our servers and becomes visible to the person you paired with. Only share content you are comfortable with them keeping. You can end the pairing or delete your account and its data at any time from the app's settings - see Delete account. You are responsible for the content you post, and you agree not to post anything unlawful or infringing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golinski Ventures sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
